Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience, or 3 years external experience with varying education.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic; customer-focused with sales goals in mind.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and explaining product benefits.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors; manage orders and installations when needed.
• Assist in pricing, inventory checks, and maintaining department standards.
• Train associates on sales floor and support other duties as assigned.
