Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in Aspen, CO. You will drive profitability and efficiency through coaching, delegation, and hands-on operations on the sales floor and in the back of house.

You’ll oversee inventory accuracy, shipments, replenishment, and floor sets while promoting strong visual standards and a safe work environment. The role includes recruiting and developing talent and guiding Associates toward exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Willingness to receive and provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a results focus and teamwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement around the store.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Able to stand and move for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate with the General Manager for gaps.
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
