Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store's guest experience and drive business targets. You will manage the Sales & Service team, build client relationships, and collaborate with the General Manager to execute the store's strategy.

You will oversee scheduling, coaching, and cross-functional partnership to uphold ALO’s guiding principles, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with the General Manager to elevate processes or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor, including coaching.
• Build client relationships with our customers daily.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to implement the Sales & Service strategy for the store.
• Represent the business in meetings with the GM and manage budgets, reporting and metrics (e.g., Expenses, Sell-Thru).
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and internal/external recruitment to support brand goals.
