Job summary

Aspen One is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations across Aspen Collection retail and seasonal rental locations. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales and guest service excellence, and step in as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence, reporting to Store Manager.

The role emphasizes maintaining premium standards, executing merchandising and safety procedures, and partnering with leadership to deliver a consistent guest experience across Aspen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in premium retail, hospitality, outdoor or luxury retail, or rental operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead daily store operations and assume responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead sales floor during shifts to maximize sales opportunities and guest flow.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve escalated guest concerns promptly.
• Drive retail and rental performance through selling, client engagement, and accountability for KPIs.
