Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to join our store leadership team in Park City. The role focuses on guest experience, sales targets, and elevating talent while ensuring the store operates smoothly.

The position requires movement around the floor and back of house, coaching the team, and maintaining ALO’s guiding principles. Full-time, on-site with competitive benefits and perks offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor and behind the scenes.
• Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute the store’s sales strategy.
• Represent the business in meetings and manage budget, metrics, and planning processes.
• Develop talent, establish schedules, and drive recruitment and succession planning.
