Job summary

ALO in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store's guest experience strategy and business targets. You will guide the Sales & Service and people leadership, driving sales, team coaching, and client relationships to elevate store performance.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to implement the store’s strategy, manage budgets and metrics, and ensure a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask in a changing environment and maintain personal accountability.
• Willingness to stand, move, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with GM input.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Build ongoing client relationships with customers daily.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Partner with GM to develop and implement Sales & Service strategy.
• Represent the business in meetings and manage budget and metrics.
• Lead Talent development and succession planning across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals.
