Target is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead a team of consultants to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while managing daily operations, merchandising, and backroom replenishment.

You will train, coach, and assess team members and partner with leadership to drive sales and guest satisfaction. This full-time role requires adaptability to a fast-moving retail environment, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

• Ensure merchandise is properly presented and regions backrooms are organized and replenished.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding, and support a safe work environment.
