Job summary

ALO in Philadelphia is seeking a seasoned Sales & Service Manager to lead the store’s guest experience and drive business targets in partnership with the General Manager. The role focuses on elevating performance, coaching the team, and delivering consistent service excellence.

You will build client relationships daily, ensure proper sales floor coverage, and execute the store’s sales strategy while upholding ALO’s guiding principles and culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management, and personal accountability.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of the store.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to elevate process or system gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education, and supporting team members with feedback and coaching.
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
• Partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy for the store and execute implementation with the Sales & Service team.
