Job summary

Alo in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store's Sales & Service team, drive guest experience, and meet targets. This role partners with the General Manager to implement strategies and manage daily operations on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Investigate sales opportunities and escalate process gaps with leadership.
• Build daily client relationships and oversee scheduling and coverage.
• Partner with General Manager to implement store sales and service strategy.
• Represent the business in meetings and manage budgeting and metrics.
