LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead in Troy, MI. You will be a key team member delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding associates. Collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll help onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use store tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred for stepping in as needed.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use POS and store tech.
