Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to drive member acquisition, retention, and a best-in-class service experience. You will hire and develop a high-performing team, align sales goals with club targets, and collaborate with the General Manager to deliver tailored fitness, product, and service offerings.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and a strong focus on member-centric engagement, with responsibilities spanning staffing, training, and performance

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
CPR and AED from approved organization required
Prior management experience in service sales leading 4–10 employees preferred
1–2 years of experience in service sales preferred
Fitness industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members
Leads team to offer full product and service offerings tailored to members
Achieves department targets (new member sales, fitness revenue, retail, retention)
Manages scheduling within budget for adequate coverage
Partners with GM to deliver best-in-class member experience
Engages members with fitness offerings and company initiatives
