Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club's sales and service team, focus on member acquisition and retention, and drive revenue across membership, fitness, and retail offerings. You will hire, train, and develop staff while modeling exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will set monthly goals, coordinate local marketing, and ensure a best-in-class member experience through collaboration with the Personal Training team and club

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching skills required for a multi-person sales/service team.
• Strong customer-centric approach focused on member experience.
• Ability to manage schedules, training, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Leads sales efforts to meet new member and revenue targets.
• Partners with GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
