Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a best-in-class member experience in the club. You will drive new member sales, fitness revenue, retail, and service offerings while building relationships with guests and members.

You will hire and develop staff, manage daily schedules, and coach the team to meet targets, ensuring a clean, friendly environment and exceptional service aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching of diverse teams.
• Strong member-centric focus and in-person engagement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead team to offer full product and service offerings to members.
• Meet department targets for new member sales and fitness revenue.
• Provide a best-in-class member experience and fast resolution of inquiries.
• Manage schedules within budgeted hours to ensure coverage.
