Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club’s sales, service, and member experience initiatives. You will hire, train, and coach a Sales and Service team to deliver tailored fitness, retail, and service solutions while driving member acquisition and retention.

The role emphasizes achieving revenue targets, coordinating local marketing, and developing a best-in-class, member-centric environment in a dynamic club setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales and Service team, ensuring strong member engagement.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, POS packages, retail and offerings to meet targets.
• Set goals, monitor club statistics, and adjust strategy with GM.
• Coordinate local marketing activities and lead generation efforts.
• Ensure onboarding plans help members achieve health goals and retention.
