Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager (SSM) to lead a high-performing club team and deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members. You will hire, train, and coach staff to offer memberships, fitness programs, and retail.

The role focuses on member acquisition and retention, achieving sales revenue goals, and partnering with the GM to maintain a clean, welcoming club and execute fitness initiatives. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Current CPR and AED from approved organization
• Prior management experience in service sales industry leading 4-10 employees preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in service sales preferred
• Fitness industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales and Service team members.
• Lead Sales and Service team members to provide members with a full complement of product and service offerings tailored to meet members' individual needs.
• Cultivate team skills through continuous assessment and coaching.
• Implement and oversee ongoing training to ensure exceptional service in a member-centric environment.
• Manage performance, engagement, and personnel matters for Sales and Service team members.
• Achieve department targets including new member sales, fitness revenue, retail and member retention.
