Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead club sales and member engagement. You will hire, train and develop a team, drive new member sales, and ensure a high-quality member experience across fitness, retail and services.

You will establish goals, monitor performance, and coordinate local marketing activities while maintaining club standards and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Sales & Service team members.
• Lead team to offer product/service offerings and meet member needs.
• Drive new member sales, EFT, POS packages, retail and club offerings.
• Set and review local sales goals; manage budgets and scheduling.
• Ensure a best-in-class member experience and handle inquiries professionally.
