Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager to lead the club’s Sales and Service team, deliver a best-in-class member experience, and drive new member sales, fitness revenue, and retail offerings with a member-centric approach.

You will hire and develop staff, set monthly sales goals, coordinate local marketing, and ensure proper onboarding for new members. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to work a varied schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops Sales and Service teams with a member-centric focus.
• Able to engage with members professionally and build relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and tasks.
• Maintains CPR/AED certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Leads team to provide full product and service offerings tailored to members' needs.
• Coaches and provides feedback to improve performance.
• Oversees ongoing training to ensure exceptional service in a member-centric environment.
• Manages team performance, engagement and scheduling within budgeted hours.
• Drives new member sales, EFT, POS packages, and retail offerings.
• Attains department targets for new member sales, fitness revenue, retail and retention.
