Job summary

ALO in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience and drive engagement, education, and interaction on the sales floor. This role creates a service-led environment and a sanctuary that distinguishes ALO from other retailers.

The position combines leadership of Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers with cross-functional work, coaching, and performance feedback to foster growth and exceptional store performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision-making.
• Values feedback, receptive to feedback and eager to provide.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all areas of the store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor by assessing guest connection and product education; coach team members to close gaps.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans for growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives.
