Job summary

Alo is seeking a Sales & Service Lead in Beverly Hills, CA to elevate guest experiences and drive sales performance. You will mentor Sales & Service Associates while overseeing cashiers, scheduling, and staffing, ensuring a sanctuary-like environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Visual teams. The ideal candidate brings client-centric sales experience, strong communication, and a passion for mindful movement culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Open to feedback and able to provide it to others.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to move constantly around the store and assist guests.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a superior guest experience on the floor with product education.
• Build daily client relationships and address gaps with coaching.
• Analyze reports to strategize and implement growth actions.
• Ensure sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment and development of Sales & Service staff.
• Provide continuous feedback to drive team growth in partnership.
