Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the sales floor in New York. You will drive engagement, educate guests, and foster a service-led environment that differentiates the brand.

You will oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, recruit and develop talent, and partner with operations to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relations, while moving dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Able to give and receive feedback to improve performance.
• High energy and enthusiastic with teamwork focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through guest connection and product education; coach team members to close gaps.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize, deliver results, and implement action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
