DataShield Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable team member for a customer service and operations support role in Omaha. You will engage with existing customers, process requests, and coordinate onboarding tasks to keep service running smoothly.

No prior experience required; we’ll train you. You’ll learn to quote, track opportunities in the CRM, and collaborate with sales, service, and dispatch while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide friendly, accurate support

• Respond to new sales inquiries via phone, email, and web forms
• Prepare quotes and track opportunities in our CRM (training provided)
• Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding tasks
• Coordinate internally with sales, service, and dispatch to keep operations in sync
• Maintain documentation, customer records, and service details with precision
