You’ll handle inquiries, coordinate with sales and service, and assist with onboarding while growing your skills and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide friendly, accurate support.
• Handle customer requests, account changes, service updates, and scheduling needs.
• Respond to new sales inquiries via phone, email, and web forms.
• Prepare quotes and track opportunities in our CRM (training provided).
• Set up new accounts and assist with onboarding tasks.
• Coordinate internally with sales, service, and dispatch to keep operations in sync.
• Maintain documentation, customer records, and service details with precision.
