Job summary

ECC is seeking a Service Coordinator in Lincoln, NE to expedite service calls and orders, dispatch technicians, and manage equipment. You will support a positive customer experience and collaborate with purchasing and operations to ensure timely service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. This is a full-time on-site role in a warehouse/office setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing, customer service role with progressive administrative and general office experience.
• Experience dealing with manufacturers and vendors in some capacity.
• Ability to read, understand, and act upon a written scope of work or work narrative.

Responsibilities

• Expedite service calls and orders from customers.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians.
• Order equipment and manage repairs.
• Monitor inspections and dispatch events via Outlook calendars.
• Maintain and process helpdesk tickets through the Service workflow.
