Job summary

Pella DFW/WTX is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complex technical questions, coordinating service scheduling, and supporting parts and warranty processes. The role requires strong organizational skills and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

You will work closely with Service Technicians and internal departments to locate parts, prepare quotes, and follow through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to handle confrontation diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues by gathering information, identifying problems, and offering solutions.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details or provide updates.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with service needs, including part requests or service scheduling.
• Enter service orders and return customer calls daily; document interactions in Pella systems.
