Plaza Tire Service, part of the Sun Auto Tire & Service family, is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor in Missouri. This full-time role involves greeting customers, assessing needs, guiding service options, and estimating costs through checkout in a fast-paced shop.

You will join a values-driven team with paid training, competitive pay with bonuses, and growth toward store leadership roles. Prior automotive retail or service advising is a plus, ASE certifications welcomed.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with ability to learn automotive products.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listening to needs and building trust.
• Review vehicle history and inspection results to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Update customers on status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and follow checkout procedures.
