Job summary

You’ll work with a team to ensure a smooth customer experience and high-quality service delivery across the shop. The ideal candidate has prior Service Advisor experience, strong sales and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience required.
• Experience in sales or customer service in automotive settings preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document concerns and inspect the vehicle to determine service needs.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion times.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories to customers.
• Update customers on service progress and aftercare.
