Plaza Tire Service seeks a Sales & Service Advisor in Missouri. This full-time role offers a pay range of $50,000–$80,000 annually, combining hourly pay with commission, with training provided.

You will greet customers, listen to concerns, recommend services, prepare estimates, and guide customers through checkout while collaborating with technicians and leadership. This is a growth-oriented role within Sun Auto Tire & Service.

Qualifikationen

• The candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and capable of handling sales conversations.
• Must learn automotive products and services and manage priorities professionally.
• Ability to learn and use POS, DVI, scheduling tools, and shop tech.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend the right products and services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly for confident decisions.
• Build accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Partner with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow and keep repairs on track.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts availability, and follow checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready, following PPE and safety rules.
