Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Service Advisor in Missouri for its Springfield location. You will greet customers, document concerns, and coordinate vehicle service from intake to completion. Experience in sales or customer service within the automotive field is required, with a focus on professional presentation and a valid driver’s license.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field is preferred.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and communicate quotes and timelines to customers.
• Promote services, parts and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes and updates on service status.
• Explain warranties and process when cashing out tickets.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups and track returns/warranties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
