Job summary

Plaza Tire Service is seeking a Service Advisor in Missouri to greet customers, document concerns, and recommend automotive services. You will manage shop workflow, promote services and parts, and provide accurate quotes with updates throughout the day.

Experience as a Service Advisor is required; a valid driver's license and the ability to work five days per week, including Saturdays, are essential. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission with a $50k-$80k range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturday’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the telephone using standardized service techniques.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle to identify service needs.
• Recommend services and document recommendations in the customer file.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and completion time; update customers on status.
• Process payments with warranty explanations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service.
• Track returns and warranty parts for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
