Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor in Missouri. You will greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and guide them through maintenance and repair options with clear explanations and trustworthy service. Training provided to learn our products and processes.

The role combines customer service and sales in a fast-paced shop environment, with pay that includes hourly wages plus commissions and benefits. Weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, inspection results, and technician findings to recommend products and services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly for confident decisions.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Schedule appointments and verify parts availability; follow checkout procedures.
