Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Experience in sales, customer service or an automotive related field.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license and ability to work five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in person and by phone using standardized service techniques.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicle against service history to identify needs.
• Communicate service recommendations and provide accurate quotes with time estimates.
• Promote services, parts and accessories and document all recommendations.
• Provide updates on service status and follow up after repairs.
