Job summary

Plaza Tire Service, part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, seeks a Sales & Service Advisor in a full-time role in the U.S. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, recommend services, and guide them from check-in to checkout in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to handle sales conversations.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand positively.
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to learn and use point-of-sale systems and service tools.
• Ability to explain service recommendations clearly.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid driver's license; background checks as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust.
• Review vehicle history, DVIs, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Coordinate with technicians and store leadership to manage workflow.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts availability, and follow checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready, following PPE and safety procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
