Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills.
• Able to learn and use point-of-sale systems, DVI tools, and scheduling software.
• Able to explain service recommendations, estimates, timelines, and warranties clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, DVI results, and technician findings to recommend services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly.
• Build estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on status, timing, and cost throughout the day.
• Coordinate with technicians and leadership to manage workflow and repairs.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts, and ensure proper checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with PPE.
