Job summary

Armstrong Group in Kentucky seeks a Sales & Retention Trainer to design and deliver training that boosts sales performance and customer loyalty. You will create engaging presentations, role plays, webinars, and on-site sessions to equip inside sales and retention staff.

You’ll evaluate current programs, tailor content for multiple offices, and lead trainer-led sessions while enabling self-directed learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years creating and implementing training programs for sales, retention, and customer service.
• Experience designing blended learning with live, online, and self-paced options.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear training materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and conduct progressive training programs aligned with business objectives across sales and retention teams.
• Develop curricula and materials to improve performance, loyalty, and customer service.
• Introduce strategies to boost agent capabilities and results.
• Apply diverse training methods to accommodate distance and learning needs.
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions and induction for new hires.
• Observe calls and interactions to monitor progress and reinforce development.
• Create visuals to represent complex content and procedures.
