Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers about downgrades, disconnects, and retention offers.
• Sell and retain video, internet, and telephone services.
• Communicate clearly by phone and email and document customer interactions.
• Use retention tools and campaigns to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
• Enter orders accurately into the ICOMS billing system and protect customer data.
