Job summary

Armstrong is seeking a Sales & Retention Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our sales and customer retention teams. You will craft engaging curricula, deliver live and online sessions, and measure impact on performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of training experience, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with call center environments. We offer competitive pay, benefits from day one, and broad development resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree and/or certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience designing and implementing training programs related to sales and customer retention.
• Experience in a Call Center environment; strong coaching and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and conduct ongoing and progressive training programs aligned with Armstrong’s objectives for sales and customer retention staff.
• Develop curriculum and materials to drive peak performance in sales, retention, loyalty, and customer service.
• Introduce varied training methods to improve skills and accommodate distance learning.
• Facilitate train‑the‑trainer sessions and new hire onboarding for sales and retention staff.
• Observe and evaluate calls and customer interactions to reinforce training progress and development.
• Design graphics and visuals to simplify complex content and processes.
