Job Description

We are seeking a goal-oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team.

The role involves providing customers with solutions to their work apparel needs through weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, company branding, and other services while representing the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Utilize the CRM system to track opportunities, close new business, and maintain accurate records.
• Achieve weekly sales goals and quotas, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Conduct in-person sales, product demonstrations, and negotiations with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle objections, prepare proposals, and close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a B2B or similar role.
• Experience with new business development and B2B sales.
