Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a results-driven field sales professional to identify and close roofing leads through a hybrid mix of in-office and door-to-door activity. You will own the full sales cycle, from initial inspection to closing, and represent clients during insurance claim discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or SDR/BDR roles.
• Track record in outside sales or field sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Location: Kennesaw, GA
Schedule: Hybrid (Field & Office Work) | Full-Time (40+ Hours Weekly)
Compensation: Commission-Based + Paid Training
Expected Earnings: $80,000 - $175,000+ annually (uncapped commission)
