Job summary

Exploria Resorts in Daytona Beach is seeking Front-Line Sales Representatives to join the fastest-growing sales team. The role offers uncapped commissions (8-10%) with an average earnings range of 90-150k, paid training, and full benefits.

Responsibilities include presenting the Exploria Resort experience to guests in our sales center, closing transactions with qualified leads, and building rapport. Bilingual Spanish and English is required, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior face-to-face sales or marketing experience is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• A Florida Real Estate license is highly preferred.
• Face-to-face timeshare sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present the Exploria Resort experience to guests in the sales center.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and effective closing techniques.
• Build rapport and trust with prospective owners and follow front-line sales process.
• Update and provide sales options to Club Exploria members.
