Job summary

Farmers Insurance – The Al Shalash Agency in Joliet, IL is hiring a Sales Representative to follow up on leads, build client relationships, and close sales. No insurance experience required; we provide training, licensing assistance, and ongoing coaching.

This role offers base salary plus commission, first-year earning potential of $40,000–$75,000+, a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, and benefits. You’ll develop sales skills and advance within a supportive team.

Licensing Required — We’ll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don’t have your license yet? We’ll pay for your pre‑licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you’ll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
