The Shon Messer District Office of Farmers Insurance is seeking an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hoover, AL. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and business development support to help you succeed.

You will build a client base through leads, conduct needs-based conversations, present tailored coverage options, and close sales to help clients secure the right protection while earning a competitive base
