The Juris Agency is hiring a Farmers Insurance Sales Producer in Owasso, OK. You will build client relationships in local communities and advance your career with base pay, bonuses, and commission opportunities.

You will receive support with your first license test and training, marketing leads, and ongoing development. Expect a structured, team-oriented environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents and lenders.
• Ask customers for referrals and explain referral program.
• Present insurance options based on client needs.
• Market to local businesses and participate in events.
