Job summary

Farmers Insurance – The Lorena Lieser Agency in Joliet, IL is seeking a motivated Sales Representative. This role offers a base salary plus commission, leads provided, and paid pre-licensing to help you get licensed. Training and coaching are provided to support growth and success.

You’ll build relationships with clients, identify insurance needs, and close sales to reach individual goals. Prior sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre‑licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
