Job summary

Farmers Insurance – The Catherine Hildner Agency in Naperville, IL is seeking a motivated Sales Representative. No prior insurance experience is required; we provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Base salary plus commission with a first-year earning potential of $40,000–$75,000+. You’ll build client relationships, identify needs, and close sales while enjoying a Mon-Fri schedule, PTO, training, and growth opportunities in a

Qualifications

• Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
