Farmers Insurance – AJ VanOpstall Agency in Lombard, IL is seeking a Sales Representative to join a growing team. You will follow up on leads, build client relationships, and recommend insurance solutions to meet needs.

No prior insurance experience required as we provide training, pre-licensing support, and ongoing coaching. This role offers base salary plus commission, with first-year earnings potential of $40,000 to $75,000+ and a supportive, growth-focused environment that fuels your career

Requirements

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
