Farmers Insurance – AJ VanOpstall Agency in Lombard, IL is hiring a motivated Sales Representative. No insurance experience? No problem. We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow.

You will follow up with leads, build relationships, identify client needs, close sales, and meet goals. Enjoy a base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in retail, hospitality, recruiting, automotive, banking, or other sales/customer‑facing roles is a plus

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre‑licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
