Job summary

StaffMyAgency in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a passionate Insurance Sales Specialist to sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers, helping people secure their tomorrows.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, a go-getter attitude, and strong listening and closing skills. You will receive hands-on training, a base salary with commissions, PTO, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• License: Property & Casualty license (must have or able to obtain).
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Proficient at multi-tasking and following up.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
