Job summary

The Juris Agency in California seeks a driven Insurance Sales Representative to sell, market, and service insurance products to existing clients and new customers. You will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows through proactive outreach.

We provide ongoing training and support, with a focus on relationship-building and daily call targets. A P&C license is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling insurance or financial products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet daily call targets (150+).

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 150 calls and emails a day.
• Write New policies.
• Cross Sale.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
