The Juris Agency in Chino, California seeks a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to sell, market and service insurance products for existing clients and new customers. You will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows through personalized coverage and exceptional service.

This full-time position emphasizes high-volume outreach, ongoing training, and strong relationship-building with a focus on customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• P&C license or appointment within 30 days of hire.
• Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to create relationships from a cold start.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Driven and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 150 calls and emails a day
• Write New policies
• Cross Sale
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
