Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to blend direct sales with mentoring. You will meet business owners and employees to present insurance options, conduct group sessions, build a robust book of business, and coach new teammates to grow their skills.

Remote/Hybrid work with commissions and a draw paid as an independent contractor. We value patience, reliability, service orientation, and a commitment to creating positive client experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain a license (reimbursement provided).
• Calm, supportive, patient demeanor with a natural ability to guide others.
• Service-oriented and motivated by making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or teams of 50+).
• Build and maintain a book of business.
• Guide and support new team members, helping them develop their skills.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
• Work with management to set achievable goals and support team success.
